Biographies
Kathy Nelson
UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist (577027) and Clinical Supervisor, MBACP (Accred) MPTUK, Practitioner in Play Therapy, Filial Coach, MISP Instructor, Member CIE Faculty and Director of BrQthru Originally worked in substance misuse & homelessness. She has worked as a counsellor with play therapy skills in schools since 2004 and more recently in domestic violence settings. She has experience of working with children, young people and adults of all ages. Kathy leads a lively and growing practice which operates currently in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. She is working towards a MA in Play Therapy with PTUK and Christchurch at Canterbury University.
Linda Creek
BA (Hons), MBACP (Snr Accred), MPTUK UKRC Registered Independent Practitioner, PTUK Certified Play Therapist & Filial Coach, Adult & Child Counselling, Clinical Supervision & Training. Linda originally trained as a nurse and from this developed her career with additional training to include many aspects of welfare and counselling across a varied set of issues, including; domestic violence, womens issues, crisis management and play therapy.
Nadja Rolli
Dip Ed Primary Teaching Certificate, BA Dip Psychomotor Function Therapy, MISP instructor, BACP (Accred). Nadja trained in Switzerland and has many years experience working through body awareness and symbolism (Carl Jung) with both adults and children by way of therapeutic needs across all aspects of mental health and well-being.
Gill De Sylva
CPCAB Dip in Therapeutic Counselling, BEd (Hons), BACP (Accred). Gill is a qualified teacher and worked as a SenCo for many years with a pastoral role, before retraining as a counsellor with a particular interest in working with children who are within the BESD remit.
Jason Chambers
Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB). Jason is an associate for BrQthru Counselling and Play Therapy and also works at Signpost Counselling Service in Watford and has undertaken work with the bereaved at St. Albans Bereavement Network. He has particular experience working with young people and can use different forms of creative therapy to meet a child's individual needs.
Tony Nelson
CMgr FCMI FRSA MBA is a leadership development expert. He was Director of the (FE) Principal's Qualifying Programme for England; works with public sector senior teams across the UK; and is part time Director of a leadership programme for Deans in Iraq which was recently featured in the Sunday Times. Tony is passionate about leaders creating the right conditions in which their employees can thrive.
Robyn Holmes-Cannon
MA Psych., Licensed Marriage, Family and Child Therapist, Member BACP. Originally from California, where she trained as a therapist, she has since specialised in early years development and Theraplay.
Susan Moss
M.Ed, CPCC is a former Headteacher of a large, multicultural primary school in Outer London. She is a certified professional coach and has been training teachers and young people in coaching skills for 10 years as well as working with many public organizations such as the Fire Service, National College for School Leadership and Local Authorities across England. Susan has seen far reaching and sustained positive outcomes from this work, enabling school communities to reach challenging targets, grow resilience and build capacity in young people.
Debbie Greenlee
Diploma in Counselling MBACP(Accred), Supervisor and Therapeutic Play Specialist. An experienced counsellor who has worked with many differing client groups, including young people and has knowledge of working on a time-limited basis. Also has extensive knowledge within a corporate environment with a strong HR background.
Elleni-Jaye Anderson Grey
Experienced Counsellor (Bsc in Counselling and Psychology) with 15 years of experience working in local authorities in the fields of Counselling , Pastoral care and Personal Development. Also delivers group work in Confidence and Self Esteem Building and Personal Safety. Currently undergoing training in Mentoring and Personal Performance Coaching.
Annie Feinburgh
Diploma, Integrative Supervision, MA Integrative Arts Psychotherapy IATE1 Diploma, Child Psychotherapeutic Skills IATECert. Therapeutic Application of the Arts IATEBA MA (Hons) Person-Centered Counselling Metanoia Institute. Annie has previously worked for Mind and been a Senior Practitioner/Employee Assistance Programme Lead working closely with employer organisations, including negotiating contracts; assessment & counselling for EAP clients. She worked for CAMHS Outreach services as Mental Health Worker/Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, working with adolescents, young people and families. Annie can also offer Integrative Arts Psychotherapy to adults, young people and couples. Annie has also been a Voice for the Child in Care, Advocate supporting and empowering young people in care and leaving care.
