Tony Nelson FRSA FCMI MBA/LS
...has extensive experience of leading and supporting change in public sector settings. He is a leadership coach.
He heads up BrQthru - a consultancy specialising in high performance and leadership.
He led the Principals Qualifying Programme engaging over 150 Principals and Chief Executives from the learning and skills sector. This world class programme attracted strong international interest and Tony is now leading a tailored programme to a pilot cohort of Deans from Iraq.
He was Director of Skills for LSC London Central where he led culture change to support the skills agenda and the reform of FE to better meet the needs of employers. He held senior roles in Royal Mail - unique in the public sector as a commercial P&L organisation.
He holds a MBA with a specialism in Leadership Studies (Strathclyde).
He holds a Management Diploma from Henley Management College as well as a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
