BrQthru Model
High performance is a crowded market. Where does a busy leader start? Which book do you read - which theory do you study?
The BrQthru high performance model saves you wading though piles of books or spending hours surfing the internet. It takes you to the very heart of high performance. To what really makes teams superb.
|
You and your teams will be introduced to the five key themes of Adaptability, Leadership, Focus, Openness and Reputation.
These appear in study after study of high performance albeit with different language and terminology. What BrQthru have done is study the studies. Our meta research has led us to synthesise the characteristics of high performance into themes. These are each supported by specific activities.
The model has been tested on many clients. It has also been applied and refined by Tony Nelson in senior roles and action research within organisations such as the Learning & Skills Council, Royal Mail, the Centre for Excellence in Leadership, UK Skills, the Learning & Skills Improvement Service, LSN and education and private sector leaders across N. Ireland. Tony is currently working with leaders from Iraq on high performance.
Tony has led high performance workshops for over 150 education Chief Executives as part of a national leadership programme. He was Director of the Principals Qualifying Programme.
You and your team will diagnose your organisation’s performance in each of the areas and then start the interesting bit – a facilitated discussion about the differing views which inevitably emerge. What are the strengths and the areas crying out for change?
BrQthru will guide you through the action planning phase and support you as you put in place your plans, measure impact and evaluate the programme.
BrQthru has supported both public and private sector clients as they have engaged with the model to see where greater value can be created.
